Established in 2005 with it’s roots firmly planted decades earlier, Pendle Hardwoods are a leading supplier of commercially imported hardwoods to the importer/merchant sector within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
With extensive expertise in sourcing timbers from across the globe and long-term partnerships forged with suppliers over many years, we are able to offer a diverse timber range that includes over 12 different hardwood species.
Pendle Hardwoods forms part of the Hardwoods Dimensions Holdings group of companies and was formed to solely service the landed pack requirements of timber distributors nationally.
Our products are imported directly from reputable mills in producing countries worldwide, that supply high quality timber at competitive prices.
We regularly visit our suppliers to examine their working environments and to inspect their timber is of quality grade, this has helped to establish many long-term relationships with producers of regulated, ethically sourced product.
This ensures that we can provide a continuous supply of high quality, competitively priced hardwood to our customers.

Our stock holding of hardwoods from our partners around the world ensure you have supplier you can rely on.
Facilities
Our handling facilities include storage of over 40,000 sqft strategically located in Trafford Park, Manchester. From here our distribution network allows us to deliver anything from a couple of packs, right up to a full truck load quickly and efficiently no matter where you are situated. In addition to our extensive stock holding we also supply direct from source or just arrived ex the quay.
Registered for the storage of PEFC certified timbers and timber products Hardwood Dimensions (Holdings) Limited is currently a member of the TTF and a signatory to it’s Responsible Purchasing Policy.

We Supply:
Delivery
We work with a trusted haulage company to provide next day, national and international deliveries. With a range of equipment from 7.5 tonne vehicles to 42 tonne artic lorries that have hi-abb and tail lift options, we ensure that substantial quantities and specifications can be delivered to our customers quickly, efficiently and as regularly as required.
The Environment
At Pendle Hardwoods we are conscious of all environmental issues related to the timber products that we supply. The company is fully committed to playing their part in eradicating illegal logging and poor forest management as set out in the European Union Timber Regulations (EUTR).
We are members of the UK Timber Trade Federation (TTF), and we adhere strictly to the supply chain due diligence guidelines set out in the TTF’s ‘Responsible Purchasing Policy’ (RPP). In addition to our strict due diligence process where possible we purchase from either 3rd party verified legal sources or chain of custody certified sources (PEFC) and FLEGT licenced timber (currently only from Indonesia).
